Specifying an Email Header

Configuring Conference Time Warnings

You can enter a header to be used on all emails sent from Polycom ReadiManager
LX100. To specify an email header
1. From the menu bar, choose Admin > Console.

3. In the form, enter the Email Header you want to use and click Update.
The Email Header may be up to 50 characters and may not contain special
characters.
Normally, video codecs receive and display warning messages when a conference is
nearing its predefined end time. It is possible to disable the receipt and display of these
message.
Note:
Use caution in disabling this setting. This is a global setting, which affects all codecs

used by
ReadiManager LX100
will receive the messages.
To disable or re-enable conference time warnings
1. From the menu bar, choose Admin > Console.
2. On the Administrator Console page, click the
Warnings.
The Conference Time Warning Configuration page appears.
3. To disable conference time warnings on all Codecs, clear the checkbox next to
Conference Time Warnings Enabled.
To re-enable conference time warnings that were previously cleared, check the
box next to Conference Time Warnings Enabled.
4. Click Update.
