Selecting a type tells
both tables. For example, it specifies what should happen if a user included in the
CreatorID field of the Conference table is not found in the EmployeeID field for the
Employee table.
•
Select all rows common to both. Includes data only if it appears in both
tables.
•
Select all rows from the first table. Shows data if it appear in the first table,
but not the second.
•
Select all rows from the selected table. Shows data if it appears in the
second table, but not the first.

Submit Changes

Add the columns you want to include in the report to the Display Fields list.
Scroll up and down the Custom Report list to add items from each of the tables
you joined.
10. Add the columns you want to group on the report to the Grouped Fields list.
11. Add any filtering criteria you want to use.
12. Click
Run Report
to see the data that matches your custom report criteria.
13. If desired, save the report settings to use another time.
The table below lists some of the types of information you may want to include in a
report, and what columns to join to obtain that information.
