Note: The conference contact is specific to this conference. In addition, there are
contacts and facilitators associated with each resource that is added to this conference.
8. (Optional) In the Email Conference Info field, specify who you would like to notify
about this conference (see
page 157).
9. (Optional) Adjust the advanced settings (see
page 162) or check for trouble tickets (see
page 162).
Note: If the Advanced Settings
screen, your user permissions do not allow you to change those settings.
10. Click Create Schedule.
Network Aware Scheduler checks the request against other scheduled
conferences for video bandwidth limits across the entire network, and checks the
availability of selected resources. If everything is clear and there are no conflicts,
the conference is scheduled and entered into the database.
After the conference is confirmed, all people you specified in the Email Conference Info
field and all resource facilitators associated with the conference are sent a confirmation
email.
If your user permissions are "request only," a message is also sent to the Conference
Administrator that the conference needs approval. For more information, see
