5. Filter the information, to limit the scope of the report.
If you want to limit the information that is returned for this report, you can filter it by
adding fields to the Filtered Fields list box.
For example, If you want the report to only include resources in a particular area,
add Area to the Filtered Fields Box, and enter the name of the area you want to
use.
After you enter filter criteria, you see the criteria in the Filtered Fields box.
When you select a
column and click
Add
next to the
Filtered Fields list
box, a dialog box
appears.
Use this dialog to set
the filtered condition.
In this example, you
can enter the name
of an Area to report
on only resources in
that area.
