Creating Recurring Conferences

Conferences scheduled through Network Aware Scheduler can be created as recurring
conferences.
The maximum number of times a conference can recur is determined by a setting for
the domain, which is specified by your Polycom ReadiManager LX100 administrator. If
you exceed the maximum, a message box will display, asking you to reduce the number
of recurrences.
To create a recurring conference
1. While you are in the Schedule Conferences window, click the
Conference button.
2. Complete the Appointment Recurrence dialog box, to specify how often the
conference should recur, and click OK.
Note: Polycom ReadiManager LX100
conferences, but does support Daily, Weekly, and Monthly meetings.
3. Finish creating the conference, as you normally would.
When you click Create Schedule, Network Aware Scheduler checks availability
and bandwidth as it normally does, and reserves the resources for all recurring
meeting times, if there are no conflicts.
