Creating Schedule Reports

Schedule Reports list details about scheduled conferences. These reports are available
to all Polycom ReadiManager LX100 users:
Daily Report. Shows conferences for a particular day.
Weekly Report. Shows conferences for a particular week.
Monthly Report. Shows conferences for a particular month.
Custom Report. Lets you specify a date range on which to report.
Month View. Displays an on-screen monthly calendar view, with conferences
listed on each day.
For each of the above, the report can include open conferences, closed conferences,
or both.
To create a schedule report
1. From the menu bar, choose Reports > Schedule.
2. On the Conference Schedule Reports screen, click the type of report you want.
3. On the Report screen that appears, enter a date in the Filtering Options to indicate
what time period you want to include on the report.
Daily Report: Enter the day for which you want to see conferences.
Weekly Report: Enter a date to identify the week on which you want to report.
You can enter any date in the week; the report will include the full week.
Monthly Report: Enter a date sometime in the month on which you want to
report. The date can be anytime within that month; the report will include all
conferences for the month
Custom Report: If you are creating a custom report, select the starting and
ending dates for the report. You can also select the Area and Room on which you
want to report.
4. Select whether you want to view
Both.
5. Click Submit Query.
The schedule report you requested appears on the screen.
