You can enable or disable all auto-start functionality from the Server Management
page. This is useful if you need to prevent conferences from auto-starting.
If you disable Auto Launch in Server Management, conferences which have been
scheduled to auto-start will not auto-start.
Disabling Auto Launch does not prevent conferences from being scheduled with the
Auto Start the setting.
To enable auto start of conferences
1. From the menu bar, choose Admin > Console.

You can have the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 network monitored to check the
status of equipment. If a piece of equipment goes off line, emails and pager calls can
be sent to the facilitator of the resource with which the equipment is associated. This
feature works in conjunction with the Alert Management setting in the equipment
record, and will only be used to monitor equipment for which Alert Management has
been enabled.
You enable or disable this feature from the Server Management page. When disabled,
devices on the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 network will not be monitored for status,
even if Alert Management is turned on for some equipment records.
