Note that you do not have to include a field as one of the Display Fields in the
report to use it as a filter. For example, the report criteria shown above will limit the
report to only resources in the Area "NA,", however Area is not one of the columns
that will be listed in the report.
6. When you have finished defining criteria for the report, click

If you want to export the report data so that you can format and distribute the
report, click the Export
• In the Export Options dialog box, select Comma Separated Values (.csv) or
Rich Text Format (.rtf) and click OK.
• When Save As dialog box appears, enter a filename and click Save.
Note that CSV files can be opened in MS Excel, and RTF files can be opened in
MS Word.

If you want to save the report settings so that you can run this report again in the
future without having to specify the criteria, click Save, enter a name for the
report, and click OK.
