Sample Remote Alert Emails and Pages

When an attempt to start a conference fails, the creator of the conference and resource
facilitators will receive an email and a page. Both messages alert you that the
conference failed and why.
Example of Conference failure email:
From: Polycom ReadiManager LX100 Alert [videoalerts@yourcompany.com]
Sent: [[date sent]]
To: [[Scheduler]]
Subject: Alert! Conference Failure
Conference [[name]] failed to start
Reason: [[EP in Resource Name Not Responding!]]

Example of Equipment failure email:
From: Polycom ReadiManager LX100 Alert [videoalerts@yourcompany.com]
To: [[Resource Contact]]
Subject: Alert! [[Type of]] Failure
Equipment failed at [[date and time]]
Resource info: [[resource name]]
EP info: [[ep name IP address]]
Trouble Ticket #:
Alert at 01/14/03 15:03:26
Note:
For equipment failures, a trouble ticket is automatically entered and the ticket number
is listed in the email.
