Polycom ReadiManager LX100 includes two different web interfaces for scheduling
conferences:
A standard interface that is available through the Polycom ReadiManager LX100
application pages.
The standard interface is also available through add-in components that work with
Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes when the components are installed on a client
machine.
A wizard interface that helps users schedule video conferences quickly through the
web.
This chapter describes how to schedule and manage conferences from the standard

Note:
It's a good idea to work with only one conference at a time, either in Outlook or Notes,
Polycom ReadiManager LX100
or in the
conference before opening another. Opening conferences in two windows at the same time
can cause a Run-time error.
