Exporting Report Data
Saving a Report

You can export Report Result data for use in a program outside of Polycom
ReadiManager LX100. When you export, you can choose to do so in either Comma
Separated Value (.csv) format, or Rich Text Format (.rtf.). CSV format is easily opened
in spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel, database programs, and other
applications. RTF format is easily opened in word processing programs such as
Microsoft Word.
To export report data
1.
Run a report (standard, custom, or saved.)

From the Report Results screen, click the

In the Export Options dialog box, select Comma Separated Values (.csv) or Rich
Text Format (.rtf) and click OK.
4.
When Save As dialog box appears, enter a filename and click Save.
You can now open the saved file in another application to modify and format it.
You can save report criteria so that you do not have to set up the criteria the next time
you want to run the report.
Saved reports do not contain actual data. Rather, they contain reporting criteria that
indicate what information should be listed, how it should be grouped, and what filters
should be applied.
Saved reports appear in the Saved Reports folder at the top of list in the left of the
Report Generator window.
To save a report
1.
Create a report, defining the Display Fields, Grouped Fields, and Filtered Fields
you want to include.
2.
Click the Save button at the top of the screen.
3.
Click the New Report tab.
4.
Enter a name for the report.
