Accessing a Saved Report

Click Save.
You can return to saved reports in the future, without having to recreate them.
Saved reports do not contain actual data. Rather, they are reporting criteria that indicate
what information should be listed, how it should be grouped, and what filters should be
applied.
Once you open a saved report, you can easily run it to get current data that fits the
report criteria.
To access a saved report
1.
From the menu bar, click Reports and then click of these options: Database, Call
Activity, Network, or Administration.
2.
Click any of the report options to access the Report Generator.
3.
If necessary, close any open folders so that you can see the top of the list on the
left, where you see the folder Saved Reports.
Double-click the Saved Reports folder to open it and see a list of all reports that
have been saved appears.
4.
Select the report you want to access and click the
right-click and choose
The report criteria appears in the boxes on the right.

from the short-cut menu.
