Conferences are scheduled and managed in a special window, accessed with the
Conference > Schedule menu command. When you want to return to the main Polycom
ReadiManager LX100 screen, click the logo in the upper-left.
Scheduling with Polycom ReadiManager LX100 includes many features. You can:
Use filters to narrow the available resources to those that match the equipment,
conference room type, and room attributes you need.
Request a specific date and time, or let Network Aware Scheduler suggest an
available time.
Add a guest (a participant who is not on this video network).
Change from the default settings for type of conference, call speed, conference
auto-start or not, video layout mode for multipoint calls, and other advanced
features.
