REP 7.5 HCF Feed Assembly and Sensors

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
Before performing this procedure, refer to General Disassembly Precautions,
1. Remove the HCF paper tray, Figure

Release the left
side catch.

Remove the HCF tray.

Fully pull out the HCF tray.

3. Remove the tray pickup clutch and gears,

Raise the right side latch
to release the slide from
the rail.

Remove the E-clip then
the tray pickup clutch.
4. Disconnect CN7 from the tray PWB.
5. Disconnect the connector on the tray elevating motor,

Remove the E-clip,
then the 3 gears.
