Sweep Commands

FREQuency:STARt {<frequency>|MINimum|MAXimum}
FREQuency:STARt? [MINimum|MAXimum]
Set the start frequency (used in conjunction with the stop frequency). Select from
1 mHz to 10 MHz (limited to 100 kHz for a ramp waveform). The default is 100 Hz.
MIN = 1 mHz. MAX = 10 MHz. The :STAR? query returns the start frequency in
hertz.
– To sweep up in frequency, set the start frequency < stop frequency.
To sweep down in frequency, set the start frequency > stop frequency.

FREQuency:STOP? [MINimum|MAXimum]
Set the stop frequency (used in conjunction with the start frequency). Select from
1 mHz to 10 MHz (limited to 100 kHz for a ramp waveform). The default is 1 kHz.
MIN = 1 mHz. MAX = 10 MHz. The :STOP? query returns the stop frequency in
hertz.
