XEROX 4635 LASER PRINTING SYSTEM OPERATOR GUIDE

14. Bar code operating procedures

The Bar Code feature allows processing of bar code data streams
with the ability to cross-check the system UI, the ESS and the
IOT. This cross-checking ensures that any bar code sheets
printed have been accounted for by each component of the
system.
WARNING: Use of controls or adjustments, or performances
other than specified may result in hazardous light exposure to
the eyes. Mirrors and/or Optical Devices should not be used
around the Laser and should not be used to view or deflect the
Laser Beam.
The 4635/4635MX Laser Printing Systems are certified to comply
with Laser Performance Standards set by the U.S. Department of
Health, Education and Welfare as a Class 2 product. This is a
class of laser products that does not emit hazardous light
radiation. Class 2 rating is permissable only because the laser
beam is totally enclosed during all modes of customer operation.
