Copy Floppy Disks task through
XEROX 4635 LASER PRINTING SYSTEM OPERATOR GUIDE
3. Select the appropriate header button:

To format and initialize a floppy disk, enter the following
command:
FLOPPY FORMAT
To copy files from the system disk to a floppy disk, enter the
following command:
FLOPPY SAVE [REVIEW] [disk-id] {input-file-id|output-file-
id|file-id|file-type|ALL}

To copy files from a floppy disk to the system disk, enter the
following command:
FLOPPY RESTORE [REVIEW] [disk-id] {input-file-id|
output-file-id|file-id|file-type|ALL}

Apply/Close. Apply your selection and close the window.

Close. Close the window.
Prompts you to confirm or stop overwriting a
floppy file by a system file. If you enter N, the
file is not copied to floppy disk, and the save
process skips to the next file on the system
disk.
The system disk unit containing the files to be
saved. If you do not specify a disk id, all disks
are searched.

Saves all user files on the floppy disk.
