Note
Before the installation, check all the fixing elements for damage,
if necessary replace.
– Ensure that the tailgate/luggage compartment cover is located
in the double-braided strip of the tailgate seal after the instal‐
lation.

Removing
– Remove luggage com‐
partment cover.
– Remove the rear deflec‐
tion fitting

– Remove top trim panel
of pillar C

stalling trim panel of pil‐

– Remove wheel house
trim panel

– Remove luggage com‐
partment light - 4 - ⇒
Electrical System; Rep.
gr. 96 (left side only).
– Unscrew screws -3-.
– Unclip the trim panel out
of the supports of the
body.
– Run the seat belt
through the trim panel.
Installing
– The installation occurs in reverse order.

3 - Screw
❑ Tightening torque - 2.5 Nm.
