3.4.2 Removing
Note
The trim cannot be removed without being destroyed.
Carry out the following tasks
– Remove screws -3- (1,8 Nm).
– Lever the fixing pins -2- out of the grommets -6- e.g. using a
wedge.
– The fixing pins will probably tear and remain in the grommets
-6-.
– Remove the trim -1- from the B pillar.
– Remove residues of torn pins and glue residues from the self-
adhesive strips - 4 -.
Installing
– The installation occurs in reverse order.
