Installing the spoiler
– Clean and degrease the adhesive surfaces with cleaning sol‐
ution - D 195 850 A1 -.
– Apply glass/paint primer - D 822 150 A1 - to adhesive area on
the plastic part -1 and 3-.
– After drying, apply glass/paint primer - D 009 200 02 - to the
adhesive area on plastic part -1 and 3-.
– Apply adhesive cement -5- - D 172 090 A2.
– Press on the spoiler at a specific point.
– Install screws -4- (1.5 Nm).
– Secure spoiler against moving and ungluing e.g. with adhesive
tape.

Purpose, application range
Prepare the plastic surfaces before
gluing.
For cleaning all surfaces to which
glass/paint primer and glue is applied.
Apply glass/paint primer and activator.
