Procedure A-2: Fan unit test failure

Overview
The procedure described below should be performed if one of the following failures can
be observed:
• The "PWR O " LED does not light up on the fan unit.
Procedure 1 must be used in this case.
ot all fans are running.
•
Procedure 2 must be used in this case.
• The air flow direction is not from bottom to top.

Proceed as follows if the "PWR O " LED does not light up on the fan unit:

1 Switch all circuit breakers on the subrack backplane (see chapter 5,

Replace all affected fan power cables between the Power Interfaces and the fan unit.
