Type 4
As the name implies, the four-slot front cover plate can be used to cover 4 slots. It can be
locked by closing the latches. The four-slot front cover plate feature a tool based
protection against removal, that is unlocking and removing the four-slot front cover plate
is only possible by using a tool.
Important! Use these four-slot front cover plates only to cover complete slot
quadrants (as for XC160 operation the lower row of universal slots). A mixture with
single slot blank face plates or with circuit packs within a quadrant is not allowed.
