Procedure
Proceed as follows to mount the 1675 LambdaUnite MSS subrack:

Temporarily remove the front mounting brackets (DC1003774, item 1 and DC1003775,

item 2) from the subrack. The rear brackets should not be removed.
OTE: The items are related to

Mount four fiber clips (CC848850756, item 5) on the front mounting brackets of the

subrack.

Slide the subrack from the rear into the rack. Use the subrack guides (CC848972220 (left)
and CC848972246 (right)) which are already mounted.

Mount the subrack on the rear rack frame using M6 × 16 screws (CC901331421) with 7 ±

1.0 m [61.96 ± 2.65 lbs-in] torque. Use the hole positions #9, #14, #19, #25, #31, #36
and #41 (see

OTE: The hole numbering is counted from top to bottom of the rack frame.

Mount the front mounting brackets (with mounted fiber clips) loosely on the subrack

using M4 × 8 screws (DC1002976, item 7).

Mount the subrack on the front rack frame using M6 × 16 screws (CC901331421, item 4)
with 7 ± 1.0 m [61.96 ± 2.65 lbs-in] torque. Use the hole positions #9, #14, #19, #25,
#31, #36 and #41.

Tighten the M4 × 8 screws (DC1002976, item 7) completely.

Mount one DC1001517 fiber guide (item 8) on the bottom right side of the subrack and

one DC1001516 fiber guide (item 9) on the bottom left side of the subrack using two
self-tapping screws.
