Procedure
Important! It is very important to follow the instructions below exactly
(step by step). Otherwise there is a risk that the shelf will be put out of
shape and that it will not be possible to insert the XC circuit packs in the
slots.
Proceed as follows to mount the 1675 LambdaUnite MSS subrack:

1 Mount the subrack guides (CC848972220 (left) and CC848972246 (right), item 1) at hole
positions #64 and #65 as shown in the figure below.
OTE: The hole numbering is counted from top to bottom of the rack frame.

2 Unpack the subrack and check the installation materials.

Temporarily remove the front mounting brackets (DC1003774, item 1 and DC1003775,

item 2) from the subrack. The rear brackets should not be removed.
OTE: The items are related to

4 Mount four fiber clips (CC848850756, item 5) on the front mounting brackets.

Slide the subrack from the rear into the rack.
