Result:
• A switch to the standby CTL unit is caused without affecting traffic.
• The communication between WaveStar
• After about two minutes the standby CTL unit must be up and running.
The LED behavior on the standby CTL unit is as follows:
1. The "Active" LED flashes and the "Fault" LED is illuminated.
2. The "Active" LED flashes.
3. The "Active" LED flashes and the "Fault" LED is illuminated.
4. The "Active" LED flashes.
5. The "Active" LED is permanently illuminated.
Troubleshooting: If the conditions described above cannot be observed, refer to
appendix A, section

Re-insert the "CTL unit (active)".
