Procedure E-4: Mounting the anti-recirculation plate

Purpose
The anti-recirculation plate is necessary to prevent heat air circulation within the rack.
Mounting
Proceed as follows to mount the anti-recirculation plate:

Place the anti-recirculation plate (DC1006435, item 1) at the rack rear side between the
rack bottom and the 1675 LambdaUnite MSS subrack.
Important! The top of the anti-recirculation plate must partly be placed into the
airinlet of the 1675 LambdaUnite MSS subrack.

Mount the anti-recirculation plate at hole positions #69 and #77 (see section
2
(p.
E-9)) using M6 × 16 screws (CC901331421) as shown in the figure below.
OTE: The hole numbering is counted from top to bottom of the rack frame.
