The example below shows how to interpret the detailed fault data for the I/O blocks. Given that IO0 is a
value of "D1" hex. Place the "D" in the first hex value block and then the "1" in the second hex value
block. Follow the red arrows below. Go to the next diagram to convert the inputs to binary.
