Section 6 – Main CPU Faults & Detailed Faults
Possible Cause/Suggested Fix
• Cable connecting two devices could be flip- flopped (i.e., gray
wire goes from pin 1 on one end to pin 8 on the other end).
Disconnect cable, and if fault changes to Rx Fault, the problem is
the cable.
• Transmitter is bad, Replace the Device

• Controller detected overload in the input from the LED board at
the station. To identify fault device refer to Detailed Fault Log 'dev'
and 'dv2' will provide address for Serial Driver address and Station
where the fault was generated.
• Make Sure there is a GALX-1056AN attached to the proper
connector (Up LED always attached to CN5, Down LED attached to
CN5 if only down call at that station (like the top floor), otherwise
attached via ribbon at CN6.
• Replace GALX-1056AN for the associated up or down call.
