6.3.1 Detailed Fault I/O Data Example

The data in the I/O block is read from left to right with the left-most bit being the MSB (Most
Significant Bit) and the right-most bit being the LSB (Least Significant Bit). Each bit represents the state
(on or off) of the corresponding I/O. The table below provides the HEX number and the associated Binary
number.
