Problem
Passage sensor error. A
passage sensor does not
detect a carrier within a
predetermined timeout
period.
Bulk Inlet top front
interlock cover left open.
Bulk Inlet top rear interlock
cover left open.
The orientation of the
sample tube is not correctly
detected.
Right supply bin cover is
open.
SN152 area detects
obstacles.
1.
Confirm that a carrier is not jammed or stuck and that the
belt moves.
2.
When no carrier is found, it passes through this position
after the time limit.
3.
Restart
Select
on the control panel to resume
operation.
1.
Confirm that the top front cover is placed back into
position.
2.
Restart
Select
on the control panel to resume
operation.
1.
Confirm that the top rear cover is placed back into position.
2.
Restart
Select
on the control panel to resume
operation.
1.
Confirm that the sample tube is fully positioned in the tilt
sensor.
2.
Confirm that the sample tube is capped. If an uncapped
tube is found, remove the tube and clean the Bulk Inlet
area and any sample tubes that can be affected. Inspect
the sample tube and confirm that it is acceptable for
further processing. Place the tube in the appropriate rack
in the Inlet Module. Do not replace the sample tube in the
Bulk Inlet Module.
3.
Restart
Select
to resume operation or select
to cancel the process.

Manually close the right supply bin cover.
2.
Restart
Select
on the control panel to resume
operation.
1.
Confirm that there is no obstacle in the SN152 area.
2.
If so, remove it manually.
3.
Restart
Select
on the control panel to resume
operation.
