Battery Circuit Voltage Check:
2. In the auxiliary control cabinet, measure voltage
to ground at each of the following circuits; 11,
11B1, 712 @ TB32, and 11ST @TB28.
All voltages should be zero.

Resistance Checks, Low Voltage Circuits:
3. Measure the resistance from ground to the
circuits listed in Table I. Stop and troubleshoot any
direct short (0 ohms) to ground.
All circuits should show some resistance as
shown in Table I.
