Defines the capacitance of a custom sine filter, ie. when
parameter

If the capacitors are star/wye-connected, enter the
capacitance of one leg into the parameter.

If the capacitors are delta-connected, multiply the capacitance
of one leg by 3 and enter the result into the parameter.
