Description
Minimum actual speed for speed controller adaptation.
Speed controller gain and integration time can be adapted
according to actual speed
This is done by multiplying the gain

coefficients at certain speeds. The coefficients are defined
individually for both gain and integration time.
When actual speed is below or equal to
