Using the control panel

The control panel is the main window. It opens automatically whenever you load the press
software. From this window, you control the entire operation of the press.

The control panel consists of the following items:
Access options from the control panel menu bar or toolbar or click the appropriate area on
the schematic indicator.

Machine state indicator

The press goes through different states as it passes from total stop to full function. Each
machine state has a precise name and corresponds to specific servicing procedures.
Distinct functions can be performed while the press is in the various machine states.

Menu bar (Provides access to functions through a series of submenus.)
Customizable toolbar (Click the Options menu, and then Customize Toolbar, and
Customize to customize the toolbar. To display a new toolbar, click View, Toolbar,
and select a toolbar on the displayed menu.)
Error indicator (When you click the error indicator, a detailed list of press events
appears, including warning and error messages. Sort the messages to help solve
problems.)
Warning indicator (Lights up when the press detects a condition that requires your
attention. The indicator identifies the system that needs attention and remains lit until
the problem is solved.)

Print mode selector (Enables you to print jobs uninterruptedly in one continuous
session or in steps, one job at a time.)
Job Manager button (Gives you access to the frequently used Job Manager window.)
Schematic animated indicator (Click to display the Schematic window.)
