11 Dispose of ink in accordance with your local waste disposal requirements. Drained ink
12 Release the Emergency Stop by turning the knob until it is released.

Replacing ink cans and rebuilding ink

Replacing ink cans

Replace an ink can when an ink concentrate can is empty as indicated by the system
warning indicator on the control panel, or when you want to change the color of ink in an
ink tank.
Ink can replacement can be performed while the press is printing.

Use the following procedure to replace an ink can:

that is not contaminated can be stored in sealed containers for later use.
Open the ink cabinet door.
Grasp the empty ink concentrate can and lift up (you will feel a click). Pull out the
bottom end first.
