Retained Jobs

The Retained Jobs window contains jobs that have been marked for deletion (in job
properties) after a specified time. You can access the jobs for reprinting or exporting
(archiving) while they are still on the Retained Jobs list.
Access the Retained Jobs list in one of the following ways:

Archiving

Export or import one or more jobs at the same time.
Exporting a job

Using the Job Editor

The Job Editor lets you preview a job and make changes to the job before printing.

On the Job menu, click Retain List.
On the toolbar button, click the Retained Jobs.
In the Loaded Jobs list, select the relevant job.
On the Job menu, click Export.
Choose a destination.
On the Job menu, click Import.
Select the required job. The imported job appears in the Loaded Jobs list.
