Replacing the imaging oil filters

The press contains two imaging oil filters connected in a row. The oil filters filter imaging
oil impurities coming from the cleaning station. The system is equipped with an internal
dirt level sensor. When the dirt level reaches a preset level, the press system displays the
following message to replace the filters:
Imaging oil is too dirty- replace immediately [param1]
The press can continue printing for several hours after you receive this message. Wait for
the next break before replacing the filters. To replace the filter you must refill the imaging
oil reservoir, which can lower imaging oil temperature and hinder production while you
wait for the imaging oil to reach the proper temperature.
Before you perform this procedure, make sure to have the following items:
WARNING!
Wear rubber gloves while handling imaging oil.
Use the following procedure to replace the imaging oil filter:

Pour in the contents of one 4 liter (1.06 gallon) imaging oil container.
Replace the imaging oil tank cap on and then close it.
Close the imaging oil tank door.

Press an Emergency Stop button.
Open the rear press door (see Figure 13-1).
