Draining the solids air compressor

The solids compressor supplies air pressure to inject solid ink from the ink can to the ink
tank. Drain the solids air compressor once a week.
Before you perform this procedure, make sure that you have a 200 ml (7 oz) or more
plastic waste container.

Press an Emergency Stop button.
Open the blower cabinet.
Open the blower cabinet rear door.
Insert the drain tube outlet into the plastic waste container.
Turn the compressor drain valve counterclockwise.
