The Gas model fryer has a gas burner assembly consist-
urner Casting, Orifices, Thermocouple,
ain Gas Valve Control.
If converting from natural gas to propane gas or
from propane gas to natural gas, conversion must
be done by a qualified service technician.
To avoid personal injury or property damage,
before starting this procedure, move the MAIN
WER switch to the OFF position. Disconnect
e main circuit breakers at the circuit breaker box
plug service cord from wall receptacle. Turn
the main gas supply to the fryer and discon-
nect and cap the main supply line to fryer, or
possible explosion could result.
