Internal Data of K6CM Devices

This section describes the internal data of the K6CM devices.
The K6CM devices have the following data inside.
Type
Setting There are alarm setting values (threshold value) and other setting
value values.
Other setting values include setting values common to K6CM
(e.g., trigger mode, alarm latch) and monitor type specific setting
values (e.g., temperature unit, current range).
Present There are measurement values (e.g., acceleration) of each device
value and values other than measured values.
Values other than measured values include the current K6CM
common value (e.g., K6CM status) and monitor type specific
alarm.
You can write or read these setting values and current values in the following way.
