This section describes how to monitor the K6CM from the Motor condition monitoring Tool.

Monitoring Procedure with Motor Condition Monitoring Tool

It depends on the following procedure.
Precautions for Correct Use
In order to monitor the K6CM with the Motor condition monitoring Tool, the communications
service of the Sysmac Gateway communication driver between the computer and the K6CM
must be in the start status.
The status of Sysmac Gateway's communication service can be checked on the Sysmac Gate-
way Console screen.
The Sysmac Gateway Console screen is activated by clicking [Device setting] on the startup
screen or by clicking the [Sysmac Gateway Console] Button on the monitoring screen.

In the upper right corner of the screen, select [Monitoring by motor category] or [Monitoring by
monitoring category] from the pulldown list.

Monitoring is performed on the [Monitoring by motor category] screen or [Monitoring by monitor-
ing category] screen.

Set the Monitoring Cycle

Click the
Set Monitoring cycle on the following screen.
The settable range is 0 to 99999 seconds. The default value is 600 seconds (10 minutes).
