This section describes an overview and features of the K6CM.

What is the K6CM Motor Condition Monitoring Devices For?

The K6CM Motor Condition Monitoring Devices are devices that measure and quantifies the state of
induction motors.
The target motor is a three-phase induction motor.
The following three types of the K6CM devices are available.
• Monitor type of vibration & temperature
• Monitor type of insulation resistance and leakage current
• Monitor type of degradation level by comprehensive current diagnosis
By properly using these three types as necessary, you can catch the state of the induction motor and
decide the appropriate maintenance time.
Initial settings can be done using standard included tool "Motor condition monitoring Tool".
You can monitor the state of induction motors via EtherNet/IP with the Motor condition monitoring Tool,
PCs, or PLCs.
