Use the no ip igmp snooping report-suppression command to disable report suppression.
3. Command Syntax:
(no) ip igmp snooping report-suppression
4. Example:
The following example enables report suppression for IGMPv2 reports on vlan1.1:
switch_a(config)#interface vlan1.1
switch_a(config-if)#ip igmp version 2
switch_a(config-if)#ip igmp snooping report-suppression
switch_a(config-if)#
Force Forwarding Port:
1. Command Mode: Configure mode
Logon to Configure Mode (Configure Terminal Mode).
The switch_a(config)# prompt will show on the screen.
switch_a(config)#
2. Usage:
Use this command to force forward multicast packet to interface before the interface receiving IGMP
query.
3. Command Syntax:
ip igmp snooping force-forward LINE
LINE Interface name list, ex: fe1-fe3, fe5.
none Not forward multicast packet to any interface.
all Forward multicast packet to all interfaces.
4. Example:
The following example force forwards multicast packet to interfaces fe1-fe3 and fe5:
switch_a(config)# ip igmp snooping force-forward fe1-fe3, fe5
switch_a(config)#
