Advanced Bridge Configuration:
Bridge bpdu-guard configuration:

Command Mode: Configure mode
Logon to Configure Mode (Configure Terminal Mode).
The switch_a(config)# prompt will show on the screen.

Usage:
Use this command to enable the BPDU (Bridge Protocol Data Unit) Guard feature on a bridge.
Use the no parameter with this command to disable the BPDU Guard feature on a bridge.
When the BPDU Guard feature is set for a bridge, all portfast-enabled ports of the bridge that have
bpdu-guard set to default shut down the port on receiving a BPDU. In this case, the BPDU is not
processed.

Command Syntax:
bridge GROUP spanning-tree portfast bpdu-guard
no bridge GROUP spanning-tree portfast bpdu-guard
GROUP <1-1> Bridge-group ID used for bridging.

The following example enables the BPDU Guard feature on bridge GROUP (1):
switch_a(config)#bridge 1 spanning-tree portfast bpdu-guard

no bridge GROUP spanning-tree errdisable-timeout enable
GROUP <1-1> Bridge-group ID used for bridging.
