FOR:
Purpose: Sets the base level of TX volume and the TSW gain control for time-switch
connect types.
Options are:
TX LEVEL CONTROL
TSW GAIN CONTROL
iDCS500 and OS500 systems also provide a MISC TSW GAIN control option for Back-
ground Music and Music-On-Hold.
Caution: You should only change the default values under the supervision of
Technical Support.
ACTION
1. Open programming and select 805
Display shows
2. Press VOLUME keys to select TX LEVEL
CONTROL or MISC TSW GAIN or TSW GAIN
CONTROL
OR
Press RIGHT soft key to select option
If you selected TX, go to step 3
If you selected TSW, go to step 5
If you selected MISC TSW, go to step 7
3. Press RIGHT soft key to go to the volume level
OR
Press VOLUME keys to go to next volume level
Enter desired level index (e.g. 1)
OR
Press VOLUME keys to select and press RIGHT
soft key
4. Enter desired volume level (e.g. 3)
OR
Press VOLUME keys to select and press RIGHT
soft key
(System returns to step 2. Go to step 8 if
finished.)
