Purpose: Calls up customer-recorded and pre-recorded messages into plans compiled
in MMC 732, AA Translation
and destinations can be programmed as required. Specific ports are programmed in
MMC 735, AA Use
There are a total of 64 messages on an AA card:
- 48 (01-48) messages are to be recorded by the user
- 16 (49-64) messages are pre-recorded in ROM on the card
Options are as follows:
Option
PLAN MSG1–6 Introduction message during ring plans 1–6
DAY MSG Introduction message during Day Mode
NIGHT MSG Introduction message during Night Mode
ALTER MSG Emergency message
INVLID MSG Message when an invalid digit is dialled
NO ANS MSG Message when there is no reply from the
destination
XFER MSG Transfer notifying message
BUSY MSG Message on busy reply
NO STN MSG Message on retrial
NO ACT MSG Message on no action
CAMP ON Allow camp-on to busy extension
ANS DELAY Answer Delay
RETRY CNT No of times the AA will try to connect before
routing to final destination.
TRANS TABLE Assigning associated Trans Table
BUSY DEST Alternative destination on busy
NO ANS DEST Alternative destination on no answer
NO ACT DEST Default destination on no action
INVLID DEST Default destination on invalid action
Note:

ANS DELAY and RETRY CNT for iDCS and OS500 systems both have values of 00–99

There is a total of 12 tables (01-12) in the system, but not all tables have to be used.
