5 MSDP Configuration
multicast routing-enable
IP multicast routing is enabled.
By default, the IP multicast routing function is disabled.
Step 3 Run:
msdp
MSDP is enabled and the MSDP view is displayed.
You can perform other configurations related to MSDP in the MSDP view.

Context
Do as follows on the RPs in all PIM-SM domains of the same AS.
Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
msdp
The MSDP view is displayed.
Step 3 Run:
peer peer-address connect-interface interface-type interface-number
The MSDP peer relation is set up.

Peer
Prerequisite
The MBGP peer relation is established between two RPs of different ASs.
Context
Do as follows on the RPs.

The peer-address parameter specifies the address of a remote MSDP peer.
The interface is the local interface connected to the remote MSDP peer. The VLANIF
interfaces and loopback interfaces on the S9300 can be configured with the MSDP peer
relation.
