show banner motd

To display a configured message of the day (MOTD) banner, use the show banner motd command.
Syntax Description
This command has no arguments or keywords.
Defaults None.
Command Modes EXEC mode.

Usage Guidelines
The configured MOTD banner is displayed before the login prompt on the terminal whenever a user logs
in to a switch.
Examples The following example displays the configured banner message.
switch# show banner motd
