Section 16: Calibration
Models 2635 and 2636:
1. Connect the Series 2600 to the digital multimeter (see
multimeter DC current function.
2. Calibrate the low current ranges (100pA, 1nA, 10nA, 100nA

5) Initiate HI-Z mode to open the resistor standard (source zero current) and the
characterize offset.
6) Repeat the above steps for each low current range.
