Once a pulse train has been configured and assigned to a tag, it is often desirable
to inspect the settings of this pre-configured pulse train. QueryPulseConfig()
can be used for this purpose. This function will return a table containing the
various settings associated with the tag input parameter.
tag: Numeric identifier of pulse train configuration being queried.
tostring():A function that returns most elements in a string convenient for
printing.
Identifying tag for this pulse train.
tag:
The smu configured for pulsing.
smu:
Pulse function: smuX.OUTPUT_DCAMPS or
func:
smuX.OUTPUT_DCVOLTS
Pulse bias level.
bias:
Pulse level for non sweeping pulses.
level:
Starting level for sweep pulses.
start:
Ending level for sweep pulses.
stop:
Limit value.
limit:
On time in seconds.
ton:
Off time in seconds.
toff:
The number of points in this pulse train.
points:
Reference to buffer containing measurement data
buf:
The sync_in digio line, if used.
sync_in:
The sync_out digio line, if used.
